“If you can’t beat them, sue them ... ,” or so seems the modus operandi of Israel’s legal elite.

Just as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the people of Israel begin to see some light at the end of this long war, the nation’s permanent class has declared lawfare to accomplish what they can’t do at the ballot box.
