Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will surpass British wartime leader Winston Churchill when he delivers his fourth address on Wednesday afternoon to a joint session of the U.S. Congress.

However, the meetings that will happen outside of Congress may matter the most. Will Netanyahu sit down with U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, the new presumptive Democratic nominee in the presidential elections, as well as with U.S. President Biden?

Can Netanyahu revitalize his relationship with 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, said to have been the most pro-Israel president to date? All this remains to be seen in the next few days.

Also, the future of the Abraham Accords; Israel flattens the Houthis after they attack Tel Aviv; the International Court of Justice hopes to cleanse Judea of Jews; and the Knesset votes against a Palestinian state.

The cell posed an immediate threat to Israeli forces in northern Gaza, according to the military.
