The government had not presented a “sufficiently established professional justification” for the measure, proposed as a means to combat tax evasion, according to the Bank of Israel.
The seed, dubbed “Sheba,” could be the long-lost tree that produced a resin with healing properties mentioned in the Bible.
“In our estimation, ‘Oct. 7' is expected to be a significant landmark for the terrorist groups,” the agency said.
The suggestion by the actress to show solidarity for a U.S. ally has drawn both smiles and frowns, and certainly, curiosity.
