The terror group “continues to operate in a manner that endangers international forces and harms U.N. personnel operating in the area,” the IDF said.
“Real peace requires neutral humanitarian agencies, not those serving as an arm of Hamas,” the Israeli envoy to the global body in Geneva, told JNS.
“Israel is coordinating closely with UNIFIL to reduce risk” while “Hezbollah is exploiting their presence,” the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations told the U.N. Security Council.

The United Arab Emirates signaled it could join a push to secure the waterway against Iran, but most allies remain reluctant to intervene directly.
The complex was “designed to have the capability to produce weapons-grade plutonium,” the IDF said.
“A U.N. mandate born from a 2014 Iran-sponsored resolution is now set to be filled by Zeina Jallad, who has voiced support for Hamas,” Israel’s Foreign Ministry said.
“When Israel is fighting for the safety and security of its people, it is of special significance that representatives of many countries choose to sit together around the table of freedom and express partnership,” the Israeli ambassador said.
The goal is for the principle of “one authority, one law, and one weapon” to apply to all armed groups in the Strip.
The Strip’s demilitarization would allow for Gaza, Judea and Samaria to be united under the Palestinian Authority, the Board of Peace envoy said.
“I call on the U.N. Security Council to unequivocally condemn Hezbollah and designate the Iranian terror proxy as a terrorist organization,” the Israeli foreign minister stated.
